Today, around 6:45 a.m. (French time), fr.rou.1 and the Mantle infrastructure experienced a significant outage due to an issue with our IP address provider. We have contacted them, but given the time of day, Mantle and Overnode Hosting services will not be restored until 5:00 p.m. or 6:00 p.m. (French time). We apologize for this inconvenience: all Mantle customers will receive compensation on their next bill, either next month or in the coming days. Once this incident is resolved, you will have two days to open a support ticket or send an email to request compensation. The Overnode Hosting team sincerely apologizes for this incident; the status page will be updated as soon as it is resolved.
